Refund Policy for Digital Goods and Services

Aspire Solutions does not offer refunds for digital goods or consultation services under any conditions. These products are final sale upon purchase, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided. Aspire Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to offer a refund in exceptional cases.
 

Events Refund Policy

No Refund Policy for Event Passes
We maintain a No Refund Policy for all event passes sold for events, both online and offline. Due to the complexity and costs associated with organizing events, Aspire Solutions cannot offer refunds once an event pass is purchased.

Even if a guest does not attend the event or encounters other issues, Aspire Solutions reserves the full right to determine whether a refund will be provided, based on the circumstances and the customer’s request.

Refunds in Exceptional Cases
In rare situations where there are valid grounds for a refund (not due to negligence or abuse), Aspire Solutions may initiate a refund, less any transaction and processing fees. Refunds typically take 2-5 business days to reflect in the original payment method. Customers can contact us at hello@aspiresolns.org for queries related to refunds or tracking the transfer.

Transfer of Event Passes

Aspire Solutions allows customers to transfer or sell their event passes to another person in their network. To arrange a transfer, customers must contact us at hello@aspiresolns.org.

Gifts

If an event pass or service was marked as a gift when purchased, the recipient will receive a gift credit if the purchase is returned or canceled. In the case of a refund to the gift giver, we will process the refund directly to them.
